Hi, I’m Liz
I’m the cheerful face behind Lemonade. And I love, love, love writing.
My first job was writing electronic programme guide copy for Sky Movies, and I’ve been happily throwing words around for a living ever since.
I love delving into and creating a brand’s tone of voice, educating and empowering others in the joy of copy, brainstorming with a brilliant team, developing creative strategy through the power of words, getting right into the customer’s shoes, and just writing bucketloads of lovely things.
I’ve worked with big brands, small brands and start ups, and I’m super comfortable creating content for all sorts of channels, including marketing campaigns, CRM, social media, display, scriptwriting, B2B, product naming, web copy, guidelines and lots more.
Oh, and if you’re wondering about the name Lemonade, you should know I have a deep and enduring love of Beyonce.
Rates, services and how it works
Depending on what you need, I can be flexible. I usually work on on a day rate, or I can quote for an all-in project rate. My basic day rate is £400, and I offer reasonable reductions for smaller companies or for longer bookings (and retainers). Project rates can vary, but as a guide I charge £2,500 for entry-level tone of voice guidelines. It’s best if we have a proper chat and you share your brief and expectations, then I can give you a more accurate quote.
I’m based in Brighton, and mostly work remotely, but if you need some in-person, on-location, in-office time I’m open to that - I do love a bit of face to face collaboration over some tea and biscuits.
