In 2018, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays completely revamped their internal employee recognition programme in line with a new direction and company values. This included on-the-spot rewards, as well as branded events and award ceremonies. I lead on the naming for the instant awards, the customer department awards, and the whole company awards ceremony. I also worked with aircraft asset management and engineering to come up with a new wrap for an A330 aircraft coming out of retirement - ensuring it had a message for all Virgin Atlantic staff to make them feel valued.
