In 2018, Virgin Atlantic created three new ways to fly Economy, giving customers more freedom, more choice, and some fantastic fares. These new ways to fly needed naming, promoting, and integrating into our existing assets. I was proud to lead on the copywriting for this project, touching on every stage of the customer journey, starting with developing the names and taglines for each new Economy level.
